ITALIAN PASTA

                                                           ITALIAN PASTA
Fresh vegetables and whole grain pasta with savory tomato sauce and creamy cheese makes a colourful pasta dish.                                                                                                                                            
INGREDIENTS:1 cup penne boiled
                          1/2 green capsicum chopped
                          3-4 french beans blanched
                          1 medium carrot blanched
                          4-5 black olives
                          10 small cherry tomato blanched
                           Thousand island dressing
                           salt to taste
METHOD:         Place the penne into a large bowl. Add french beans,carrots, black olives and toss.Then add the thousand island dressing and mix it well.Serve hot.
